Humans often intervene in nature from our own perspective, but have we ever listened to the voices of plants?
Murmur is an experimental font design derived from the debris and dust that fall from plants. I incorporated calligraphy and natural elements to visually transform these fragments, and reconstructed the structure of Chinese characters to design a set of pseudo-characters representing the whispers of nature.
I wanted to step outside anthropocentric narratives and adopt the perspective of plants, arranging this content into a "Natural Archive" that invites viewers to listen to the voices of nature.
